What to Expect?

All sessions begin with getting you settled and comfortable in the cushioned zero gravity chair.

For the both sessions you will then be tucked in with a soft, cozy blanket.

Once you are comfortable the session of your choice will begin.

Zone Face Lift

This session begins with some gentle relaxation techniques. I will then do a hot towel cleanse. For the cleansing, products made in Canada will be chosen specially based on your skin type & needs.

Exotic facial oil will then be very gently smoothed over your face.

I will then use my fingers and specific tools to perform facial reflexology, face lift massage and other techniques to manipulate all areas of your face.

Falling asleep during this session is not uncommon.

Your treatment will end with some gentle relaxation techniques to help bring you back to yourself slowly. You are welcome to relax in the massage chair for a few minutes to soak up the experience. Water is available if you desire as well.

Zone Face Lift with Holistic Facial

This treatment combines the 7 step Holistic Facial (cleanser, exfoliator, mask, toner, eye gel, serum & moisturizer as well as plenty of hot towels) with the Zone Face Lift for a blissfully relaxing session for your face and spirit. For the holistic facial, products made in Canada will be chosen specially based on your skin type & needs.

This session begins with some gentle relaxation techniques.

I will then do a hot towel cleanse, exfoliator with another hot towel, a mask is then applied. While the mask is setting you will be treated to an optional Saining ritual (an ancient Celtic practice of blessing using a specially made saining spray, words and symbols) and some gentle foot reflexology. After the mask is removed with another hot towel, exotic facial oil will be applied. I will then use my fingers and specific tools to perform facial reflexology, face lift massage and other techniques to manipulate all areas of your face.

This will be followed with the application of toner, eye gel, serum and a moisturizer.

Falling asleep during this session is not uncommon.

Holistic Facial

In this session you will receive a full 7 step Holistic facial (cleanse, exfoliate, mask, tone, moisturizer, serum and eye cream).

For the holistic facial, products made in Canada will be chosen specially based on your skin type & needs.

The 7 step holistic facial begins with some relaxation techniques followed by a cleanser, exfoliation, mask, toner, moisturizer, serum, eye cream, some gentle massage techniques and lots of hot towels.

While the mask is setting you will be treated to an optional Saining ritual (an ancient Celtic practice of blessing using a specially made saining spray, words and symbols) and some gentle foot reflexology.

12 Week Program

In the 12 week Zone Face Lift program you will receive a 7 step Holistic Facial on sessions 3,6,9 and 12.

All clients are given instructions for a short facial massage routine to add to their daily skin care ritual.
