This award winning specialist Advanced Facial Reflexology, using the Bergman Method, is firmly based on Zone Theory 

and is the only accredited training course which uses this modality.

The Bergman Method of Facial Reflexology is a gentle, relaxing treatment with many possible benefits.

How Does It Work?

The Bergman Method of Facial Reflexology allows trained Reflexology Therapists to draw on their existing diagnostic skills and techniques, and adapt the sequence for each client’s needs, as you would when working on the feet.

Zone Therapy extends from the feet, hands and most importantly for us the face.

It also draws on a combination of Native American techniques and Asian body maps. The face's proximity to the brain is key to the effectiveness of manipulating facial Reflex points which directly connect to the body's neuro-pathways.

What Are The Possible Benefits?

The unique benefit of Facial Reflexology is that not only does it aim to help clients improve their health and wellbeing, with unique benefits for certain conditions, it also can help your you look younger and have a healthy glow. Although it is not a beauty treatment, it has some lovely added benefits. It not only encourages lymphatic drainage, stimulates the facial nerves, increases blood flow and muscle tone, but also helps build new skin tissue and improve skin tone. Afterwards, clients often appear lifted both emotionally and physically.

What to Expect

All sessions begin with getting you settled and comfortable in the cushioned zero gravity chair. 

For the both sessions you will then be tucked in with a soft, cozy blanket. 

Once you are comfortable the session of your choice will begin.

Stress Buster​

Pressed for time but still seeking to relax? Then this 20-25 minute session could be the answer for you.


A facial reflexology session to help relieve stress and help you relax.


After getting settled in to the reflexology couch, warmed wipes will be used to cleanse your face. A small amount of exotic facial oils will then be gently smoothed over your face.

I will then use my fingers and very specific techniques to manipulate and apply pressure to reflexes on your face to help ease the stress away.


Your treatment will end with some gentle massage techniques to help bring you back to yourself slowly. You are welcome to relax in the massage chair for a few minutes to soak up the experience. Water is available if you desire as well.



Full Session

This 50-60 minute session begins with a hot towel cleanse. For the cleansing, products made in Canada will be chosen specially based on your skin type & needs.


A small amount of exotic facial oil will then be very gently smoothed over your face.


Using my fingers and very specific techniques I will manipulate and apply pressure specific reflex points on the face and head. Interspersed among the reflexology will be soothing sweeping, light massage techniques to help you achieve a deep state of relaxation. Falling asleep during this session is not uncommon.


Your treatment will end with the application of another hot towel on your face and some gentle massage techniques to help bring you back slowly into yourself. 

You are welcome to relax in the massage chair for a few minutes to soak up the experience. 

Water is available if you desire as well.



Holistic Facial

In this session you will receive a full  7 step Holistic facial (cleanse, exfoliate, mask, tone, moisturizer, serum and eye cream).

For the holistic facial, products made in Canada will be chosen specially based on your skin type & needs.

The 7 step holistic facial begins with some relaxation techniques followed by a cleanser, exfoliation, mask, toner, moisturizer, serum, eye cream, some gentle massage techniques and lots of hot towels.
